My dog Max loves her! She's a great trainer and a lot of the things Max learned help him communicate his needs. Highly recommended.

Kerstin is amazing!!! She fostered our rescue Heidi. We are amazed at what a well behaved and obedient dog is she. Kerstin not only trained her before we got her but also shared her techniques and tips with us so we can continue her training. She sent videos of her working with Heidi which was a huge help. We were able to see first hand how Heidi responds to the commands. She gave us all the tools we needed to make Heidi's transition a success!!! We are so thankful for Kerstin!!!!
In October 2021, I brought my new rescue puppy (approx 4 months old), to stay for 2 weeks with Kiersten/Joyful Tails.Annie had the BEST 2 weeks and Kiersten did such an amazing job with her. Over a year later and Annie and I are now great friends of Kiersten, and Annie sometimes will go for a play date or an overnight board.I highly recommend Joyful Tails Dog Training with Kiersten!!!!
