Went in today for an oil change. The prices were higher than I normally pay and will need to research why, but it’s likely increased due to inflation and higher crude oil pricing. As per usual at this place, I was greeted with kind words and a smile-the young lady told me how many cars were ahead of me and still got me finished and on the road ahead of time. What impressed me most was both the shop and waiting area was clean and the employees there were all happy and respectful. Such a great combination for loyal clients like me! Well done Morton Ranch Jiffy Lube, I’ll be back!!!
Update: I did an oil service and inspection. They have not dropped since my original post. You won’t be disappointed. Get your oil change quick and with professional service.
Original post:-This place has been open for a while and I pass it daily. Today, I decided to try their services. I was pleasantly surprised on their level of professionalism and quick service. I was greeted quickly and my car service just the same. There was no major up sale attempt, they did make some recommendations but I got what I needed. I will bring my vehicle back for oil change. I would recommend their service.
I came to Jiffy Lube to get my inspection done. I was greeted quickly. The technician asked for my key and insurance and asked me to wait in the lobby. He graciously said I’ll get the door for you! I was impressed with his professionalism and thoughtfulness. The service was quick and thorough. Way to go customer service team!!
