Hello, I'm Monica again, just to change my opinion about the salon... after a few days the manager Avril contacted me to find out what had happened and when I explained the situation to her, she invited me to come back and do the work herself. Today I returned with a bit of fear. Avril and Carmen, another lady from the place, did an excellent job on my hair and I was extremely happy with the result. I recommend JCPENNY SALON 100%. Thanks to manager Avril for calling me and to Carmen for having an excellent touch.

Its a great place tonget a relaxer. The fact that its in a JCP store means thats the surrounds are clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to everything. I can also buy anything from curling iron to conditioner on the spot. The ladies are friendly and efficient and I can get through my service pretty quickliy. Will definitely keep going.

It is convenient because i always got my hair done while shopping in JC Penney, the staffs is patient. She did my color within an hour. However, she never rushed on me and she introduced all colors to match my skin tone. It is worthy for what i paid.
