I initially brought my PS5 in to have a broken HDMI port repaired, and the owner fixed it very quickly. Unfortunately, I accidentally damaged the HDMI again shortly after. Even though it was my mistake, they honored the warranty and covered the repair out of their own pocket. The owner was extremely understanding, professional, and easy to work with. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.
