I have been coming here for almost a decade. This establishment is top notch - appointments are given out quickly, communication is smooth, and the well being of you and your vision are always prioritized.
Wait time is minimal, the optometrist is easy to get along with and extremely knowledgeable.
I do not live in the area anymore and always book my eye exam for when I am just so I can be treated by Dr.Samina Sanwari. She is intelligent, professional, and conscientious in her practice.
Super happy being a patient here. I recommend 100%.

Dr. Sanwari is the very best! She has taken great care of my husband and I for the last 4 years after moving from Florida. She throughly answers our questions and never makes us feel rushed. The best part is that she isn't just an amazing doctor, she also has a fantastic staff. I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Sanwari’s practice with my 3 children for almost a year now. From the very beginning, Aleny, the manager, sorted out our insurance with no friction. And since then, Dr. Sanwari and the her team have taken such good care of our family like family. The office is stylish, clean and comfortable. I will continue to come here for our family eyecare. Update for 2025 - Dr. Sanwari and team continue to be amazing. I'm always confident I will be treated with care when I visit for my annual exams. It really shows when someone is doing something they love and not just running a business. Excellent work again, as always!
2024 - Dr. Sanwari and her team show so much care and patience. She takes her time for a very thorough exam and understanding your vision history. My initial prescription was a bit stronger than I could handle, but she never made me feel as though I was in the way or a nuisance for coming back to have it adjusted. Dr. Sanwari and her team took their time to make sure I was comfortable, and everything was the way I needed it, and she nailed it. I can't say enough good things about them. If you're looking for a GREAT eye doctor with a great team, Innovision is easily among the best around.

We brought my father here for an eye exam and new glasses. He has terminal cancer and is at the stage where he can no longer walk independently. The optometrist was very patient and kind, but after the exam, we didn't see her again. Elaine, one of her staff members made our experience pure hell. She refused to acknowledge my Dad and when I asked her about extended sizes for his glasses and she refused to help him find any frames. He cannot walk to look at the selection on the wall. I could not reach many of the glasses on the wall. Four different times, I asked for help and Elaine refused to help us and curtly told me to do it and I had no idea what I was looking for. She made sure to make us feel very uncomfortable when she spoke about us to other employees behind the desk -- who also never approached my Dad for assistance. I was baffled and confused. I dropped one of the glasses racked from the top shelf and she came over and yelled at me for “throwing” glasses around, but you have to pick them all up individually to see if any are extended. She ordered another employee to go organize the glasses after I went through them while she sat behind the desk and did nothing. We finally decided on a frame and again I approached the desk and she refused to help us but instead proceeded to argue insistently about how I handled the glasses. I told her my dad was terminal and this experience was very stressful and we would like some help when possible. She continued to argue with me … to the point that my 14 yr old daughter had to speak up and say she was acting like a child. My Dad was the customer but he sat in a chair by himself while three employees behind the desk chatted and gossiped with each other and argued with me. I was not the customer. My dad was the customer but no one cared. All around this was a horrible experience. I don’t see my father often because I live over an hour away. This was an opportunity for me to be with him and help him because we don’t know how much time he has left. If you have disabilities or any impairment I would stay far away from this place! Elaine will not offer any accommodations or assistance with any of the frames and frankly, does not know much about the products, Another staff member Julie happened to come in from lunch as Elaine was leaving for lunch and asked us if we had been helped. We were much relieved by the kindness and she took the time to help my dad. We are grateful for her compassion. I will have a good cry on my long drive home because of how my family was treated and my Dad was completely ignored by the front staff.
