Mastertex were very professional and easy to work with. They where very accommodating with scheduling the repair to match our schedule. The technician was on time and fixed the washing machine in very short time.

Tech was on time both times For the initial check and also when the parts came in and was knowledgeable in his work. Freezer is working well. No complaints and would recommend Master tex Even though this was through Lowe's extended warranty plan, I would use them if I didn't have a warranty plan . I didn't have to pay anything because of my extended warranty but from the reviews I saw they were great reviews and fair ly priced so I would recommend them.

Android is professional and excellent at his job. He came out and discovered why the dryer was not heating. He ordered the part and returned to replace it in the same week. Thank you for the awesome job!!!!
