I had problems with my refrigerator and I was worried about my food due to this heat, so I called Mastertex and they made an appointment for me literally on the same day (it was my only day off)! Their technician Steve was very polite and professional. He explained all of the details to me and what I need in order to fix it! Now, my refrigerator is working with no problems at all! I can’t believe my refrigerator and dishwasher broke at the same time!!! The refrigerator’s ice maker stopped working, and the dishwasher wasn’t draining! I opened Google, started reading reviews and comparing prices. The prices, of course, were absolutely insane! I called a company called Mastertex. First of all, I want to mention how quickly they send a technician for inspection and diagnosis. He came the same day, already equipped with all his tools. The inspection took literally 10 minutes and they got straight to the repair.
