Mastertex Appliance Repair was on time, professional, and priced fairly. Our LG front loader stopped working, and we almost didn’t call because we thought appliance repair wouldn’t be worth it. They diagnosed the issue and quoted the replacement part plus labor before doing any work. We were pleased with the repair cost as it made more sense financially to repair the LG washer than to buy a new one. Highly recommend Masterex Appliance Repair for honest, affordable washer repair.
Mastertex were very professional and easy to work with. They where very accommodating with scheduling the repair to match our schedule. The technician was on time and fixed the washing machine in very short time.
Tech was on time both times For the initial check and also when the parts came in and was knowledgeable in his work. Freezer is working well. No complaints and would recommend Master tex Even though this was through Lowe's extended warranty plan, I would use them if I didn't have a warranty plan . I didn't have to pay anything because of my extended warranty but from the reviews I saw they were great reviews and fair ly priced so I would recommend them.
