The process was seamless and the crew was fantastic. They worked so very hard and got the entire roof process done in a day. They cleaned up everything and the roof looks so good! I love that they painted the vents to match the new color of the roof.
Chris Dumas is a phenomenal ambassador for Heritage. He is personable, impeccably thorough, and a proactive and clear communicator. He kept me apprised of my every option and was personally involved at every step, including being on site on a very hot day. His crew was thorough, very careful with my property, did a magnificent job on my roof and left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived. Hearty, hearty recommendation.
I was not initially satisfied with my roof drip edges that were installed over older drip edges and gutters. The original person in charge of my roofing left the company for personal reasons from what I understand right after my roof was completed, however many of the problems I identified were not addressed. Weeks later a supervisor (Frank) followed up with me and I had the chance to express my concerns. Frank worked with the insurance company to get the gutters removed (not included in original estimate) and all drip edges replaced on main house.
