Health Source America’s Chiropractor is an excellent chiropractic facility. Dr George Bala, Melani, Priscila and Jesika skills and knowledge are outstanding, they are patient wellbeing orientated. I am very please with my health progress.

I started coming to HealthSource on Monday, March 31st. I visit three times a week faithfully. The staff have shown nothing but professionalism. Jessica, Priscilla, Melody, Emma, AND Dr. Bala, I want to thank all of you for treating and encouraging me, while going through this process. You guys really made a difference from beginning to current. I wish we had a video before and after. I'm so impressed with my outcome. I highly recommend anyone with any kind of neck, back, leg, pain to give Dr. Bala and staff a chance to change your life.

You don’t know how disheartening it is to walk in with back pain, holding onto hope after reading a handful of great reviews—only to leave feeling just as lost and in pain, except now I’m $29 poorer.
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was 8 minutes late, it was a Friday, and maybe they were trying to wrap things up. I get it. If I were a doctor and the sun was out and a patient came in last minute, I might rush things too.
But the real frustration didn’t start with the rushing—it started when we looked at the X-ray. All I got was a confirmation of what I already told them. I’m not saying I expected immediate treatment, but at the very least I thought I’d leave with a clearer understanding of what’s causing my pain, how to manage it, what to avoid, or maybe some stretches or exercises I could try over the weekend. Something.
Instead, I walked out exactly how I came in: still hurting, still confused, and now a little less trusting.
Maybe the actual treatment will redeem this experience—but for a first visit, it was honestly a letdown.

The Dr and staff are super friendly and professional. You can tell they care about how the patients are feeling. The treatment plans are very thorough and I have seen a lot of progress during my treatments. Would highly recommend HealthSource and specifically the Katy location.

I have been in treatment with health source of Katy for the past couple of months for my neck and back. They have been wonderful and understanding. I had a lot of appointments I had to reschedule and they were super supportive and made sure I was able to reschedule and still get seen that same week. They are friendly and easy to talk to. The doctor is nice and always asking how you are and helped me find a sleep aid when I mentioned I wasn’t sleeping well. They offer great support and never judge. They make an effort to ensure you are doing what you can at your currently ability but also nudge you to take an extra step. I find my flexibility and posture have drastically improved. everything they teach you in office is achievable at home and they provide the equipment in office for at home and nothing is too challenging. All the exercises are easy to remember and impactful. The ladies are also so nice and greet you by name and make the space feel safe and comfortable.

I’ve had such a great experience at this chiropractic office. The doctor is always so kind—he checks in and asks how I’m doing before each adjustment, which makes me feel really cared for. The two staff members who help with my exercises are amazing, too. They always make sure I’m doing everything correctly, and one of them even gently adjusts my position if needed to help me get it right. What really impressed me is that they remember when I say something was hurting—on the next visit, they follow up and ask how that area is doing. It shows they really pay attention. Everything is super clean—they sanitize the tables after each person—and the therapy at the massage table at the end feels so relaxing. I always leave feeling better :)
