Grand Westheimer Animal Hospital provides great and amazing service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful. Dr. Chung is an amazing, genuine, and sincere vet with valuable expertise and experience. His love and concern for patients are beyond words, treating pets with kindness, gentleness, and love. He quickly helps find treatment plans. Some services, like teeth cleaning, are provided by a third party periodically, requiring proactive scheduling. Overall, he is a blessing and is trusted and recommended completely.
Friendly and knowledgeable. I wish that the services offered were more complete. For example, if you want to have your pet’s teeth cleaned, a third party provides that service on a periodic basis. I understand that there are probably good reasons to have this arrangement, but it just means you need to be proactive and schedule in advance. Other than this minor nit-pick, we’ve had great service from Grand Westheimer.
I found out that my 9 year old German Shepherd had a tumor, and my friend recommended Dr. Chung, who quickly helped us find a treatment plan. My dog is recovering well after the surgery. I am so happy to have found such a good doctor. He is amazing.
Dr. Chung and his staff are AMAZING. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. He is the most genuine and sincere vet I have ever seen. His love and concern for his patients are beyond words. He is sincerely interested in treating your fur baby with kindness, gentleness, and love. What a Blessing he is to so many.
