You will not find a better optometrist in all of Houston. I have had nothing but excellent care from Dr. Lee over the last 10 years! You will love him!

Dr. Lee is amazing! He listens to concerns and addresses them. He provides examples to help you understand a situation. However, Sherry at the check in/out desk could use an attitude adjustment. I have been in this office three times, and every time she talks down to people, never smiles, nor does she greet people in a friendly manner. Such a different personality from everyone else in that office. I only keeping going here is because of Dr. Lee.

I scheduled an appointment for 3 of my kids and unfortunately one was not able to make the appointment. When I walked in the office was completely empty no patients and the front desk never greeted us or asked if they could help. I walked up and said what I was there for. The front desk lady seemed very unhappy to be there. I asked to get all the forms so I can fill out and she looked at me and just handed them. I explained that one of my kids will come later since her appointment was scheduled a little later. Then I was called back and my younger daughter had her check up before the eye exam. The. She moved her to the room where she was going to get the exam. She then said we are ready for your appointment. I said it’s not for me it’s for my other daughter and she will be here at her scheduled time. She looked at me very upset and said well her appointment was now. I proceeded to show her the text message that said 3 different times and she said well the names don’t show so I don’t think we can see her anymore. I said I told the front desk and she said it was fine. When my daughter came she took her but she was absolutely rude to her. My daughter sent me a text and said why is she being so rude. I talked to the “manager “ and he said he would talk to her. Of course I know this is corporate and they definitely did nothing about it. But now I have a bill when I had insurance and speaking to the billing is so frustrating and hard. I had to get my insurance on the phone because they were just asking for anything and everything so that I would get stuck with a bill. I have visited another location of My Eye Dr. and they were actually nice so I thought all locations were the same. But definitely this was the worst location ever!! Go anywhere but here. Save your time and money.
