Been going here for years since I moved to Texas. Feels like hanging out with good friends and I learn jujitsu too. But when I go competiton I get gold thanks to the many skilled coaches and professors.
My 5 year old granddaughter loves coming here. The professors and staff work so well with the little kids. I can tell she is becoming more confident and just has so much fun learning and interacting. Highly recommend.
Beautiful facility ran by the Mango family. They have 3 training mats and an octagon. The only GB in town that I know that has a full weight room for their members to use. Classes for all levels and combat spot training options of Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, and Wrestling.
