It was so easy. Their service man Marcus arrived early, with a big smile and he put me at ease. My garage door looked like a twisted chunk of metal. I got a fair price, no pressure, no hidden costs. My garage door was repaired quickly and it runs so smooth & quiet.
Andrew was timely to arrive at the start of the appointment time window. He was very courteous and explained issues with components that was causing door issue. He provided different level of repair options to provide the most feasible repair to work with my needs. Definitely would recommend to friends.
