I had anxiety about taking my two (inside only) cats to the vet. Dr. O and her vet tech her fabulous!!! They went above and beyond to make me and my cats feel comfortable. They were very patient and kind to my “unfriendly”. Amazed me when she wanted pets from her new amazing vet!

They “mistakenly” killed a dog as the dog was waking up from anesthesia. They spent 4 hours removing the wrong growth. The “doctor” said “That’s my fault I didn’t look at the sheet saying which growth to remove it clearly states the right paw, I just assumed left because my tech put the IV on the wrong paw. I should’ve reviewed the notes it instead of assuming. Don’t worry, I won’t charge you for the other this will take me 10 minutes and I’ll wake her up” … 10 minutes later the “doctor” called saying “she was waking up so I gave her more anesthesia and that killed her”… no apologies nothing. It’s not like she can bring the dog back. She simply said “I made a mistake”…. SHE KILLED SOMEONES HEALTHY DOG. Pets are a part of the family, some treat them like their CHILD!!! 2 weeks later they send a “Merry Christmas we hope you enjoy the holidays with your family” email. Meanwhile, they mistakenly killed a family member of the recipient. These people are incompetent, heartless and careless. What they did is absolutely DISGUSTING. They don’t care about their clients or the animals coming in. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else if you want your pet (family member) to make it out alive.

I took Oliver to Fry Road Animal Clinic and had a really nice experience. Everyone was very kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. You could truly feel the care and love they have for animals—Oliver was treated with so much patience and gentleness, which means a lot to me as his mom. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and well taken care of 🐾🤍

This beautiful baby was waking up from anesthesia and they put her back under and killed her.

They killed a healthy dog due to gross negligence. Kept her under anesthesia unnecessarily long, spent time removing a fatty tumor that was not listed to be removed then put her back under anesthesia after she was waking up. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a “doctor” that has been practicing “27 years” all of which she should have known better. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC IF YOU WANT YOUR ANIMAL TO LIVE.

I am writing this review to share a serious experience involving a close friend’s dog, so other pet owners can make informed decisions.
The dog was brought in for a routine dental cleaning and removal of a tumor on one paw. Another tumor on the opposite paw had previously been evaluated and documented as benign and not requiring removal. During the procedure, the wrong tumor was removed. After this was discovered, the dog was placed under anesthesia a second time to remove the intended tumor. Sadly, the dog did not survive.
This situation reflects a concerning breakdown in surgical verification and patient safety protocols. I strongly encourage pet owners to refrain from bringing their beloved animals to this clinic.

My 3 dogs and I are so happy to call Fry Road Animal clinic our vet. My dog Daisy needed a sick visit and the staff was able to upload all of the records i emailed them before the visit. I was impressed with everyone we met. Dr Brice was extremely through in his examination and explained all of the tests and medications. The exam was a through wellness exam as well as testing and treating her for allergies which is what brought us in. Additional vaccines and a skin test were recommended and i never felt pressured and i understood everything, every step of the way. I've since added the records for my other two dogs and will bring them in for annual visits when they are due. Simply the most caring, compassionate staff. Picture of adorable patient below.

My dog had been very down and acting unusual so I called and they scheduled me for the very next morning. When I arrived the front staff was very nice and welcoming. The vet tech passed us to the back, asked me sone questions and then the doctor came in. Dr. O was so kind and gentle. Unfortunately, my dog was diagnosed with a chronic disease but the doctor and the staff were so empathetic towards us. Dr. O did a great job of explaining my dog's condition, what treatments they wanted to do and why. They had to keep her the entire day due to the state she was in and we also retuned for a follow up the next day. I'd recommend this clinic to everybody and anybody. Such a great practice with amazing people. I'll forever be thankful of the kindness that was shown to us!!

This is one of the BEST vet clinics and cannot speak more highly of the staff and vets.
