Booked an appointment online, Jake Welch came out next day as requested (on a Saturday) and arrived at the time I requested. Measured up, brought samples and we did the deal there and then. Installation was back logged a few weeks. But Jake worked some magic and installed my carpets within the week! Highly recommend him and the company!

Simply amazing! Austin provided a detailed description of what they will do, how they will execute and what all guarantees are provided. Oscar and his team arrived on time, kept us updated and made it very clear that they do not leave till we are happy. There were some special transition pieces required and Austin travelled more than 2 hours to get the pieces back to my home on the same day. Oscar and his team returned and fixed the pieces on the same day as well. Job very well done and with a smile. And you can’t beat the price! Thank you!

I have been so impressed and happy with the service from Floors for Living from start to finish. Austin was great to come out and measure and walk me through the process and calm any fears. He was very helpful in making my selections too. Once the job started the installation team worked very hard to complete the job in a professional and timely manner. I want to send a special shout out to Ariel who was here working hard the entire time and did such a great job on my stairs. The guys were also very good to clean up after themselves every day.
