We needed new flooring in our bathroom and boy did Dale find us the best tile!! It’s gorgeous!! He is super knowledgeable and worked with our budget. He’s amazing!!! Go see Dale!! Alex and Carlos showed up on time and did an amazing job!! They were very thorough, polite and cleaned up behind themselves. We are very happy with how beautiful our floors look!! I highly recommend this place .. I had 3 different quotes to replace my carpet and they beat all 3 so I decided to go with them Dale is amazing he told me what he can do and when he can do it and very helpful

Sadly, the contractors yanked our fridge and did not want to pay for the repairs. There was water damage everywhere. Contacted our sales man Dale, corporate and the customer service line. They stopped answering. They claimed the damaged was there before their contractors worked on the flooring. We had to contact a plumber who rectified the damage was new. This company is very quick to take your money but disappear when they should be accountable for their actions. Refrain from using their services! Update- the fridge was not disconnected because we were never informed we had to disconnect the appliances. The salesman told us about it after the contractors messed it up. I also have receipts. The plumbing being brittle does not change the fact that your contractor broke it and cause the damage in our kitchen. This added a delay in the work and more expenses for us. Not to mention we submitted a restoration report confirming it was a new damage. We also had a full home inspection showing no water damage ( before purchasing the home this year). All of this sent to you guys.
