Dr. Jimmy Mguyen is very nice. I love coming to this office everything looks clean and organized. Didn’t have to wait for too long. Assistant's inside are very nice too.

I just had my first appointment with NP Reva Davis and she was above and beyond amazing !! This is the 1st time I have ever felt i had someone that listened to my issues and did not dismiss them or give me unrealistic advice. She is so relatable and has a positive and welcoming attitude. I felt 100% comfortable talking to her about my concerns and she took her time to educate me and encourage me. She will be my care provider forever!!!

I had a bad experience there, was waiting in the patient room, when I was attended, I was rushed out so fast, I couldnt even explained to the doctor all my issues, asked std screening and denied. Was sent a perscription only for flu.

I have never written a review before, but my experience with Jimmy was extremely disappointing. I came in seeking help for ongoing stomach pain, and instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable throughout the visit.
When I attempted to explain my medical history and previous stomach issues, he appeared annoyed and treated what I was saying as if it were unimportant. As a patient who was in pain and trying to explain symptoms, that kind of response was very discouraging.
I asked if I could be referred to a gastroenterologist because of my past issues, but he refused and told me that I did not need a referral and should just find a specialist on my own. In my previous medical experiences, I have usually needed a referral to see a gastroenterologist, so this response was confusing and not very helpful.
What made the experience worse was that he repeatedly stated that he treats “sick patients” and not what I was there for. As someone seeking medical care for pain, that comment made me feel like my concerns were not valid.
I do want to mention that the rest of the staff at the office were very kind and professional, which made the interaction with him even more surprising.
Overall, I left feeling unheard and unsupported as a patient. I hope future patients receive more understanding and better communication than I experienced.
