The customer service is excellent, and I enjoyed my Vietnamese coffee iced, while my mom enjoyed a mimosa, and as a Senior, our nail tack Lynn was very gentle and accommodating to my mother in her season of life by asking her with patients what she prefers for nail color. “Book an appointment....I was able to walk in though....Salon was QUIET for an early Sunday. My pedicure was nice and my nail tech was caring ...she didn't want to damage my already damaged nails...but I was able to convince her to file them anyway because they were so ugly to me due to injury....beverages are offered and this was the first salon I went to that put my slippers in a bag to assist me with carrying them home since I was provided the disposable pedicure flip flops.“

“I've been a client of Xtravagant for 6 months now. Back in January I needed to find a good lash tech and quick too because I had a bachelorette to attend. I had reached out via IG to see if there was anyway they could take me in because I had to fly out to Cancun by the end of the week. What really touched my heart was that the owner, Vi-- someone who had never met me before was willing to work around her schedule and squeeze me in. The day that I came in, I already had good vibes. The salon felt very welcoming, cute, and clean. First impressions are important to me and the way Vi and Catherine made me feel so comfortable, I knew right then and there that they're going to be my lash tech girlies from that moment on. Even if my previous tech was cheaper-- I'm not going back. Fast forward to now, I alternate between Vi and Catherine for my two-three weeks refill. The girls really take their time and are very detail-oriented. It's always a blast and feels like hanging out with friends since we've grown to know each other on a personal level. And of course, lashes always come out pretty darn extravagant, and I get my socializing in for the day. I personally only have gotten lashes with them, but I do know they do brows, piercings, and tattoos. (I've been considering getting another piercing...possibly a tattoo but we'll see--will make an update to this review if I stop chickening out) But I love this salon and would totally recommend. It's even better with their new location because it's right by Katy Mills!“
