It was my first time at this place, and I went there based on a friend’s recommendation. My specialist, Iliana, was super professional, careful, and very kind, making the whole process as easy as possible. I loved getting my Brazilian wax with her — it was so comfortable that it made my experience really pleasant. If you ever decide to go there, don’t hesitate to ask for Mrs. Iliana — I highly recommend her, 10/10! I’m very satisfied with her service. 🫶🏻 At the Katy Fry Rd location.

Kaleena was not satisfactory in customer service. I showed up and a different Waxer was assigned to me than requested. I explained my concern and inconvenience and she also said she was inconvenienced. No accountability or empathy was considered. I have been a customer for years and always purchase a membership. I was really upset by the experience. My concern was I don't want someone who has never waxed me to wax me because I'm not sure if they are experienced. She mentioned that I have canceled a lot of appointments in the past, and my last appointment was at another location. I've never had this experience at European wax center.
