This is the best health and fitness team of Professional in Katy. They really care and help you to meet your fitness and healthy lifestyle goals. I started my fitness journey with them in 2015-2017 and lost over 30lbs. I really enjoyed the individualized personal training and group classes. They are a little pricey but you're getting more than what you pay for here. I gained so much knowledge on healthy meal planning and how to work out safely and effectively on my own. I miss all the staff and will use them again for future fitness needs.
