Lovely service and front desk!! I’ve been with Mitzi, Tania and I believe RJ so far and they are all phenomenal!! I’ve had reduced back problems since going in and front desk is always prompt, polite and friendly when I go in, even offering me water and chocolates when going in. The memberships are a good price too compared to other establishments, definitely will come back.
Elements Massage is awesome! Nice customer service from the time walked in until the time I left. Rolando was a great massage therapist and followed my request and needs as I wanted. A full 90 minute massage is my recommendation to anyone. It’s relaxing and very much what the body needs to detox and reset. Thank you EM for making me feel better and special. 😘
This was my first experience with Chelsea. She actively listened to understand my needs and concerns before we started. She frequently checked in with my comfort level and gave me recommendations for home. I left feeling amazing and positive with the work she did. Thank you so much, Chelsea!
