Stumble across Lonnie's instagram handle and thought her work looked amazing. Messaged her inquiring about pricing and services and she responded to me within minutes. She was fairly thorough with educating clients about the process, as well as asking for the history of client's hair in the past 2 years to ensure the best possible result for your hair. I booked her months in advance as that was the only availability she had at that time. I came in 10 minutes early and she saw me right away. She was super friendly and almost came off as like one of your girlfriends you haven't seen in awhile. Very comfortable to talk to. My friend recommended Lonnie to me for a gray make over! Lonnie uses Opalex and spend many hours on my hair, making sure I get the color I want and avoided drying out my hair. I recommend seeing Lonnie for consultation :) she's very patient and easy to talk to, and she has great knowledge on hair dimensions and always talk to me throughout the whole process.
