These guys are honest, but they need to be more professional and quickly in repairing job. I had to wait for long time to get my car done. Generally, it is good place for fixing car or oil change too
Went in with Groupon for brake repair. Mechanic took picture & showed me brakes were fine. What I needed was Replace Wheel Hub And Bearing Assembly both sides and Replace Stabilizer Bar Link. THOSE pictures were horrifying. they even offered financing option with zero interest for 100 days and no credit check!! I also needed bodywork for accident (another shop had given me estimate for $2900). Which they did beautifully even tinted windows, for over $1000 less than other shop's estimate!! I can't even imagine what could've happened if I hadn't gone to Discount auto with my car. I trust them 100% And my car is 17 year old Saturn. NOT easy to get parts for. If I could give more stars I would! Went to them with Groupon for brakes because a houston shop told me I needed them. After taking pictures of brakes they showed me they were great but oh my bearings were so bad I don't know how I drove around with grandkids in car! Long story short they repaired Wheel Hub And Bearing Assemblies, Replace Liftgate Support Struts,Replace Stabilizer Bar Link Kit, fixed engine light, tinted windows, replaced broken headlights, and replaced broken side panel. For an amazing price saving me over $1000 from another shop's estimate. They even offered me no credit check, no interest for 100 days financing. Wouldn't take any payment for parts until work was done. They care about their customers, reputation and community. My mechanic forever!!
