Always a pleasure to have this team servicing our A/C system! They even call us to make sure we are getting our Spring and Fall service check. Jospeh, our technician, is always professional, on time, and gets the job done. Thanks Comfort Squad.

Edit. Something is going on with comfort squad they will not return calls they don't answer their phone and we can't get anybody to come service our equipment I think they're going out of business.

The company had recently upgraded the phone system and was having difficulty with it's integration. I was able to call them through FB messenger and get them out. They said that they were going to have it straightened out. They promptly serviced our unit and were as great as always.
Comfort Squad works hard to get the service you need quickly. Anytime we have an issue a tech seems to be available for scheduled service either that day or the next. Joseph Le was helpful and patient, coming out here a couple times to help solve a issue with the sealant between plenum and unit causing excess condensation buildup on the outside. They seem willing to continue to cooperate and work with their customers even when issues pop up later down the road.
