I had the honor of speaking with the owner of Comfort Keepers Home Care in Katy, and she was amazing! My parents do not live in Texas, but she was able to explain all of the Veteran programs that are available to my father and gave me the right questions to ask our social worker. Even though he cannot be one of her clients, she demonstrated all the love and care that I would want him to receive from a home health care provider! I have no doubt they do the same for all of their clients.
They are the best around. When I called the main office Ms. LaNey was eager to help me make the right choices for my mom. She has been in their care for years now. We will forever be grateful for their team of wonderful caregivers.
I been with Comfort keepers for a while now. Maybe 4-5 years. My schedule is always flexible they work with me on days I can’t work and the days I can.
LeNay is always answering the phone and helping when she can. Overall it’s been a pleasure working with her and all the clients I have worked with.
