Five-star service! I was able to use my Max Care extended warranty from CarMax to take care of a faulty part. They did a thorough assessment and made maintenance suggestions. They were helpful but not pushy at all. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the work done. I was also given a ride home (both ways). The waiting room is clean and coffee is fresh! I really can say everything was great!
I took my car in for a state inspection. No problems. Got in and got out. I was informed about a battery test that showed a failed test. However, rather than try to sell me a battery, the service writer informed me that there may have been an error with the battery tester because the readings showed good. Thank you for not trying to sell me a battery that I didn’t need at this time. That why I keep bringing my car back to Caliber Auto. Honesty goes a long way.
