I can't say enough about Brandt Electrical A/C & Heating. I have come to know Dorian, who has serviced my systems over the last 2 years, so well and he is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. Just this morning he diagnosed an issue that could be easily remedied while another company totally misrepresented the real problem that they wanted $1400 to repair. I am beyond impressed and grateful!
Mason Hernandez was the technician I spoke with over the phone. I described my electrical issue and he advised me to call Centerpoint, because it sounded like an issue on their end. He assured me if it wasn't Centerpoint's equipment they would be happy to come out anytime. It turned out that Centerpoint had a bad transformer. I am impressed by his knowledge and the excellent customer service he provided. 5/5 stars
Excellent customer service , Dorian replaced my unit so I wouldn’t have to wait weeks for the new part to come in. I had been 3 weeks with no a/c and he Got the job done in no time ! Would definitely recommend!
