Mason Hernandez was the technician I spoke with over the phone. I described my electrical issue and he advised me to call Centerpoint, because it sounded like an issue on their end. He assured me if it wasn't Centerpoint's equipment they would be happy to come out anytime. It turned out that Centerpoint had a bad transformer. I am impressed by his knowledge and the excellent customer service he provided. 5/5 stars
We had our duel a/c system checked over in preparation for the HOT Houston summer. Dorian & Tom came out and got right to work. These fellows were respectful of our property, thorough in the completion of their checking of both inside & outside units. My questions and concerns were addressed with confident knowledge & respect. I would not hesitate to call on Brandt electrical, A/C & heating & Dorian in the future! Thank you!
Dorian came to our house a couple of times for our a/c. Once to fix the board that had burned out and another time to fix a leak. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and will be using him for all our future a/c needs!!
