After a scheduling conflict prevented my usual stylist from being available, Gabby, the salon manager, personally stayed late to get my haircut done on time- without inconvenience to me or my 6-year-old plus one. Superb customer service was exemplified in Gabby’s decision to solve my problem as opposed to explaining a corporate policy. For that reason alone, I look forward to returning.
My barber is Nadya and she is a great. Took me a while to find the barber who meets my standards but it was worth it. Overall a fantastic experience when you get a right barber for your needs.
I've been coming to The Katy Boardroom for over 2 years now, and I can confidently say this place is top-notch. They’re extremely well-structured, provide outstanding service, and the staff is always professional and welcoming.
