Matthew arrived on time to help fix our broken A/C unit (in the height of summer!) First thing he did though was help me haul in my dumpsters from the curb!
He very quickly identified the root cause of the issue (broken thermostat) and fixed within the hour. He also very kindly replaced all my filters and gave me a crash course on responsible filter replacement.
Subject matter expert in his field and one of the nicest people I've met. He's our go-to guy for A/C work hands down.

I don’t usually hand out praise or use generic superlatives, I prefer to share real facts: • Fact 1: Blowing Cold had the best price last summer when my AC broke down. (they beat the cheapest offer by $2000) • Fact 2: I called them on a Sunday at 8 PM, and by 9 PM they had returned my call and were ready to come out and check the unit. • Fact 3: They typically diagnose issues within minutes (last time it was just a burned switch). • Fact 4: They checked my unit before the winter season for free and will do the same before summer to ensure everything is running properly.
