Matthew arrived on time to help fix our broken A/C unit (in the height of summer!) First thing he did though was help me haul in my dumpsters from the curb! He very quickly identified the root cause of the issue (broken thermostat) and fixed within the hour. He also very kindly replaced all my filters and gave me a crash course on responsible filter replacement. Subject matter expert in his field and one of the nicest people I've met. He's our go-to guy for A/C work hands down.
My family was out of pocket a couple of weeks ago and my A/C stopped cooling. My cousin told me to call Matthew LeDoux at Blowin’ Cold because he was absolutely trustworthy, and I just knew because of the age of my unit that it was going to be a goner. He had a full schedule but still made a run by my house in Katy not long after I called. He was up in the attic, then outside, and so efficient! He found a valve leaking freon and was able to get that stopped and then recharged my unit and had me cooling down in no time. I was so thankful, and he was so kind to come over so quickly and make sure I was ok. I highly recommend Matthew and Blowin’ Cold for anything relating to air conditioning! Thank you sir!
I’ve used Matt & Ryan since 2014 when we had our new home built in Hockley. Matt serviced our brand new a/c yearly. In 2019 our 5 year old unit completely broke & needed replaced. Matt worked with our warranty company and had our home back and running in less than 48 hours. We moved in 2020 to another home, built in 1997. Matt & Ryan both have come out to service our a/c and do repairs on older units. It doesn’t matter what day or time I call, Matt is always there to lend a hand or walk me through steps by phone. I am thankful for both of these gentlemen. I am beyond grateful & blessed when Matt came out on Christmas EVE when our furnace broke in the home. Matt knows my mother lives in the home as well & said “this is my purpose. I could never let any woman or family go without, if I can fix it!” I could go on with stories & how great they are not only for a/c but they support the community local youth sports as well. I don’t know Matt’s family or Ryan’s family, but they are very blessed to have these two men! I can’t believe I’ve never left a review after 10 years of reliable, honest & amazing service. Shame on me. Just know that Blowin’ Cold are the only a/c guys I’ll call. Matt & Ryan are a blessing in disguise & god sent!
