These people are rude as rude can get!! There service is really bad. The lady hurt me while doing my nails and it's not just doing my nails she was hurting me by holding on to my finger really tight. They are really mean people!!!

I used to love to come to this place. Prices are great and work was always on point. But today I stop by around 5 had a small conversation with one of the ladies I ask for Sara and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She straight up told me NO! She told me she don’t do designs and i understand but when I ask for just the colors she also told me NO. She said she only does one color. I don’t understand. When you come to a nail shop and ask for something it’s understandable that not everyone can do designs… but different colors?… that’s just mind blowing. Just really bad service!!!

This place used to be my favorite place to go when I move to Houston in 2016. I stumbled across this nail salon. My nails are always perfect. My lashes were done perfectly eyebrows waxed to the gods like everything perfect and the price was amazing. I left Houston in 2020 and anytime I go into Houston. I try to stop here to get my nails or lashes done. So that’s just what I did last week. I went in to get my lashes done. She used so much freaking glue. I should’ve told her to take them off right then there but me being me and not wanting to complain I didnt. They barely lasted three days before some of them started pulling out my eyelashes.
