I appreciated that I received a text when our clothes were ready, less than 24 hours later. I'm not sure they can always be that fast but we were thankful that they were this time.
I had an unfortunate situation while pet sitting my brothers dog. Night 1 she must’ve been nervous being in a new place and in the night she vomited on a handmade quilt my mother made for me. I entrusted Avalon to take care of this cherished item and return it to me in its original state.
They did a fantastic job removing any stains and preserving the texture of the materials and the integrity of the quilt construction. I really appreciate the care they put into my handmade gift.
My only critique would be that they use non-fragrant detergents because I am not fond of the residual smell, but maybe that was necessary to cover up the alternative smell.
