Edit to respond to comments by owner-- I am not confused on which car wash I use. I know the address and there is only one in Katy, Texas named aquashine . This car was is a scam! Stay away. I have blocked them on my credit card so they cannot charge me anymore. They tried twice a day everyday to charge me for this wash that I have tried to cancel many times, even in person to Safi himself!. STAY AWAY!

I explained to the manager that I do not live in the area and I no longer work in the area so going in person isn't really a option. Do not trust this place. They will not let you cancel when you want!

Safi was very helpful and professional. All employees worked quickly and very efficiently to get my car serviced. I highly recommend you all come visit Safi over at Aquashine. They do car washes, state inspections, oil changes, and brakes!!! I will be back!!!

Excellent service. Everything is new, clean, and organized from the office, work areas to the vacuum section. The wash inside the machine has several stages, and I really liked that. I’ve been to other car washes where it’s just one soap, water, and dry. Here, there are two or three of each, and that’s just with the basic plan. The vacuums are powerful. The engine of my car looked amazing after the wash. Highly recommended and I will come back whenever I need to. I was very pleased with the service.

Been coming here since they first opened and have to say the reviews are all true. I love how the brushes here do not damage the clearcoat of my cars. This is a huge huge plus! I have an older truck that gets scratches on the clear coat easily, but the brushes here are great! Customer service has always been a huge plus. I have both of my cars set up on the package and would highly recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation.

I would not return to this shop based on my experience. I came here for a valve cover gasket replacement and oil change. After the service, my check engine light came on and the car began misfiring and vibrating.
I returned multiple times and was advised to replace coils, spark plugs, and then a MAF sensor. I spent around $800 based on their suggestions but the issue continued.
I took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion, and he found that a vacuum hose near the intake was left disconnected, which was causing the problem and triggering the check engine light. After reconnecting the hose, the car ran normally.
I felt pressured for additional repairs that were not necessary. This was very frustrating and costly.
Based on my experience, I recommend having a second opinion before authorizing any major work here.
