I had experienced my AC not working yesterday and reached out to Huy from AMS ColdPro as a recommendation from a friend. He responded promptly and offered to do a site visit the next day. He arrived on time and went straight to work and also made sure to inform me about his findings and made sure I was informed about the entire troubleshooting process.
