Mr. Bright at Alpha 4 Real A/C is very knowledgeable in his field it didn’t take him no time to troubleshoot the problem but he did make sure before he tells me that I need a new A/C and the price of the new unit was very reasonable as well. The installation of the new A/C unit went smooth. Their crew was here on time for new unit installation. Now on Mr. Wright will be doing all my A/C work.

The technician was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and prompt in arrival. Both he and the home office communicated scheduling, lead times and service coverage very well. Would recommend for any issues, big or small!
