I can’t say enough good things about Andres! Our AC stopped cooling the house and another company came and fixed what they said was the only part that needed fixing. Then they proceeded to try and tell us we needed a brand new AC because ours was not big enough for our house and wanted to sell us a new unit…the next day they were pressuring us to give an answer and we found AKKO AIR on our neighborhood FB page and Andres came out that day to give a second opinion. Lo and behold we did not need a new AC (shocker) but there was another part that needed replacing that the first company totally missed. I really appreciate him for taking out the time to come help me out with my AC unit. He was able to make some amount of modifications to get it back running like it needs to be and has told me that he is willing to work with me long term regarding future replacement options.
Andres and Akko Air are great! They have excellent communication, quick to respond, show up on time, and do complete work. They didn’t make a mess either. I will be using them for my biannual maintenance going forward as well. A+
