Gabi at Advanced Muscle Care and Recovery is an absolute godsend. She has incredibly strong hands and really knows what she’s doing—I went in with a lot of tightness and knots in my back and neck, and she worked through all of it. My back, neck, and even chest feel so much better after just one session (sports massage)
Fair warning—she does deep, effective work, and I did leave with some bruising, but honestly, it was worth it for the relief I feel. You can tell she’s highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping her clients. The place is very clean and has everything you need for a great experience. Gabi and Marvin are amazing—very professional. After just one massage, I already have much more mobility in my body.
It was an excellent session. Gabrielle spoke with us and kindly explained the details. My son enjoyed the session, and Gabrielle connected with him very easily. Among the things I liked most was that Gabriel knew how to speak to him in his own terms to capture his attention and engagement, while also conveying the importance of a holistic approach to his body as a soccer player. It was very helpful to understand, after his evaluation, which muscles had developed well and which needed attention to ensure balance and proper athletic performance.
