“What a great experience!Went to their competitor Boardroom in Southlake first to see if they would take a walk-in for a 10am opening. She said yes but immediately followed that with “let me see if our stylist is willing to take you”! I stopped her from going back and said you’ve already answer my first question so I’m good. Took a brochure, walked out and thought surely there are businesses who still value customers.After leaving I found Eighteeneight in Keller and what a huge difference. As I called the location it was night and day difference in how to value and communicate with a new customer. They brought me immediately and then I met Tameca Mills, my stylist, who was absolutely fantastic. The location was friendly, valued my business as a walk-in and treated me like an old friend.
