My doctor and nurse are great and have been going to them for years.. Welmed on the otherhand is terrible. It won't sync with the Healow app, the actual webpage won't let me send a messages. The only way I can get a hold of my nurse or doctor is by calling and leaving a message, which I had to do yesterday and I the message was not passed on properly. It used to be so easy to log in to the old webage, send a message and that's was usually all I needed. So now I am in need of a medication that I cannot get unless I drive to the office itself. It should not be this difficult.

My family has been going to one doctor here for close to 21 years. I used to recommend the office when others would ask me where I go. I don't anymore. I drive an hour one way to see my current PCP because I have known him for so long, and he knows my medical issues well.The office staff, including the Doctors at Joshua Family Medicine Associates used to be easy to get a hold of, and returned calls within a day.(if not sooner) I call now and wait on hold up to 10-20 minutes at a time.When I do get through, everyone is in meetings, unavailable, not there, or will call be back. I've moved to Joshua Family Medicine since 2021 and have had such a great experience since I've been here. Ailey Folsom has been prompt, professional, and attentive to my needs each time I see her. I live in Burleson, but I happily make the drive to Joshua because of the service and help I receive at Joshua Family Medicine. Would recommend to anyone 10/10
