The dreaded septic system pump out finally arrived again. I contacted Harrington Environmental Services and scheduled a clean out. I was contracted this morning by Josh from Harrington’s to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival I was met by an energic young man with a smile. He could not get too close to the tanks, so he had to stretch some lengths of hose. Josh opened the septic hatches, removed waste, closed hatches, and rolled up the hoses. Except for the pickup receipt you would not know he was here. The dedication to customer service shows and Josh needs an “At-A-Boy”!
