Burke Mechanical is a professional company you can trust. Brad was prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond helping to get A/C running again. He was easy to reach, fair in pricing, and even helped identify a part that was covered under warranty to reduce total cost. He was only outdone in customer service by Cindy in the office. Cindy was responsive, organized, and so great to work with. From the very beginning, Burke was honest, professional, and offered one of the most competitive prices. The installation went smoothly, and the quality of their work really stood out. When a small issue came up, they followed up quickly and made sure everything was working exactly as it should. The crew went above and beyond to protect the home, carefully covering floors before bringing in equipment and materials. They also added necessary attic decking to improve accessibility, reinstalled a UV light system, and even removed a bush outside to enhance airflow to the unit. Extremely happy and would most definitely recommend Burke Mechanical. When AC was acting up just before 4th of July weekend, the owner himself called and offered to help. He said he was close and would stop by to check on things. Absolutely incredible. People matter to them and this proves it. Another time, Brad helped stop flooding and helped move furniture out to dry floorspace to save it from water damage. He knew it was a bursted pipe, not a mechanical problem, but dropped everything to help someone in need out of kindness. Honest, fast, and reliable.
Brad Burke is the best AC and Heating tech I've ever worked with. After a big-name company (that I have a monthly service with) was unable to help without charging upfront, Brad came out the very next day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I'll only call Burke Mechanical for AC and Heating from now on. Honest, fast, and reliable-- I can't recommend Brad enough!
Highly recommend Burke Mechanical for anything HVAC related! Service techs are skilled and can think outside the box to fix the most difficult problems. When we ultimately had to replace a unit, we were impressed with professionalism of ALL staff during the whole process. Pricing is great. They use American Standard which is among the best according to Consumer Reports. We have had our share of AC companies over the years...this one is a league of its own. Not once did I question if they were taking advantage of us as other companies had in the past.
