“We always go to Research when we have issues. Recently we told them we had a large animal on the roof. They identified by its remnants on the roof. Sure enough when we had the tree limbs cut back, there was the critter he told us would be the culprit staring us in the face still clinging to the tree. Ringtail cat. Cute as ever. “**If you need animal removal from your attic, look no further** Jeremy removed the squirrels in my attic, patched up the hole that they chewed through in the front of my house, put a metal sheet in so they can't chew through it again, painted, and set up a trap in my attic. He came back after a couple days to remove the trap, and he did an awesome job and the price was very fair. I can't say enough good things about Jeremy and I will be using him for pest control services in the future.

I've had different pest control companies in the past really pressure me with contracts and they were so expensive that I just stopped using them, but now I may start back up again because C&L Pest Control is actually affordable and it may work into my budget again. Jeremy is just the best!“

The negative reviews about Pest Control companies have been flying around lately, but I was blessed to have been called on by Austin Goodman of Reliant Pest Management.
I had recently moved and wasn't ready to set up this service when he first knocked on my door. I asked him to come back and he completely respected my request and didn't come back with pressure tactics. Austin was courteous, respectful and very professional. He was also willing to work out a plan that fit my budget. After checking out several pest control companies here in Austin, one in particular that I used for many years (I've lived here over 30 years) I confidently decided to go with Reliant. “I love Reggie Sr. and Reggie Jr! Years ago in 2012, our siding vendor just bailed on us halfway through the job, they left early on Friday and didn't return the next day - completely ghosted us and ran off with our money. Rain was coming and we had exposed exterior walls. I went to Craigslist because we had already spent a ton of money to replace our siding on our older home and I wrote a desperate plea for assistance with a ridiculous cheap offering of money. It was all I could do. I didn't think anyone would even answer.

But Reggie Sr. with A-1 Property Management answered. He and his son showed up with tools in hand and finished our job just in time for the rain to sprinkle down (on a Sunday!) and that began an 11 year relationship of us hiring them for EVERYTHING from fans and camera installs, painting, construction, drywall, faucets, hot water tank and flooring repairs and even furniture builds of my kid's twin beds and shelves. When we moved, they came with us. We hired them for everything in our new home too.

Reggie is nearing retirement and has been in construction since the 70's. He has an incredible work ethic and is SO kind with a great sense of humor. For us, their affordable pricing has been such a huge blessing. This family business operates the way businesses used to when I was a kid. Hard working Texans from small towns with big hearts. ?

Reggie is an older gentleman and his brother and son help him with projects. We've never had a bad project and we hire him every 1-2 months. I recommend them to everyone and as a web developer, to show my gratitude for how much money they have saved us over the years - I built them a website for free in 2021.
