We were a little outside his normal service area but this company was still willing to provide us services for a little extra mileage fee. I was very happy with everything. The first time they came, our ducts were causing an issue and we had to be rescheduled, he actually built new equipment just to be able to service us and he didn't charge us anything extra to do it. He showed up on the dot exactly when he said he would both time and on the second trip with the new equipment, it only took a couple of hours. I was really surprised how quickly it went. I used Crows Duct Cleaning Service for the first time and my experience was fantastic! He educated me on the process and what to do for proper maintenance. I asked in every 2 years would be good, he said every 3! This guy was not chasing the dollar! Unheard of in todays world. He was prompt, very professional and courteous. Outstanding professional service. I had recently purchased a new to me house and needed to have the dryer vent cleaned to avoid a potential dryer lint fire.
