Shug has had the parts I needed to fix my appliances that other places won't carry. If he doesn't, he can order them. Shug will come and work on your appliances. I recently found out he no longer has the store, but give him a call and he will take care of your appliance needs. I will continue to be a customer.

I called Shug's after I contacted a different repair company who never returned my call and message. Brian answered his phone immediately and was able to make it out to my home within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered replacement parts, and fixed my oven a few days later when the parts arrived. He even navigated my home warranty requirements, filling out the necessary paperwork for me.
