I called her from Portland, OR on Saturday and asked for some flowers to be sent on Sunday for a funeral event in Pasadena. Alejandra was patiently listing to my requests and made some suggestions as well. Remember that they are NOT Open on Sundays, but she did helped us and delivered it on a Sunday. Alejandra even went above and beyond and sent me a picture of the order before the delivery time.

I know how costly florals can be, and I was really worried that what I wanted would be well beyond our budget, especially since I wanted a broken arch. However, Bring Joy was fortunately reasonably priced, & Lauren really took the time to understand what I wanted. She was patient and easygoing no matter how many times I need to update the proposal. My bride bouquet was absolutely beautiful as well as all of the other elements I requested. “Estela’s flower shop out did themselves with the sympathy flowers for my grandmother’s funeral service, despite being such short notice since flowers were the last thing on my mind at the time, they made it happen! The arrangement was so gorgeous, not only were the quality of the flowers top tier, but the attention to detail & sturdiness of how well it was made was noticeable & quite impressive! I especially liked that they deliver their orders directly to their destination cause it gave me peace of mind that it was being handled with care, I also appreciated the communication via text from the person delivering the arrangement when they were in transit.

“George came through like a champ on my order. I placed it soon after storms came through the area and power was lost at his shop. Called him up to see if he recieved it the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered and because of a power outage he had not. “I went today was very bissy day I thought they were closed since outside the city reconstructing the street but thankfully they were OPEN.
Well I give them 5 Starz and wish could give more they are super nice very welcoming and the prices are so affordable! Even with inflation there prices are so cheap! I got a beautiful flower arrangement it looks like something I would pay $90 at kroger well I paid $40 here, yes 40, I couldn't believe it ! They had the very bigger arrangement for $60 an $70 like omg that a bang for ur bucks and I will be returning and referring my family and friends ?“

“YES Prep Public Schools utilized The Perfect Touch for floral design for our 2022 Commencement Exercises. We were impressed with their floral design, timeliness, and service.They delivered flowers for the first day of our ceremony and a member of their team stopped in over the weekend to check on how our flowers were doing to ensure they were fresh for every ceremony.We also ordered roses for one campus who has their graduate give roses to a member of their family. The roses were well trimmed and had a water pick on the bottom to help keep them fresh throughout the ceremony.We have not use perfect touch for other aspects of event design but highly recommend their florist team.“
