Alcatraz Flower Shop is highly praised for its beautiful floral arrangements and excellent customer service. Customers appreciate the wide selection and the staff's willingness to assist with last-minute requests and repairs. The fresh cut stem roses are particularly noted for their quality, and the shop is recommended to others for its friendly atmosphere and helpful service.
I ordered a last minute bouquet, and I must say customer service and online access was super easy. And the pictures do not do the actual bouquet any justice. Thank you so much for a fast and timely turn around and delivery. Will be using again.
Today I went in to buy flowers for my wife and mother for Mother’s Day! The staff always are very attentive and they have some of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen! Definitely highly recommend Alcatraz Flower Shop for all your flower needs!
Super fast & reasonable delivery for a last minute Mother’s Day gift. Exceeded all expectations!!!! 10/10. They made the process very easy and simple by texting me photos of options, Zelle information, and updated me when my order was delivered. Highly recommend!!
