I dropped by to pick up some Christmas flower arrangements. They had a wide selection, but to make a long story short, I bought some and accidentally damaged them. After calling them, I returned and they graciously assisted me, fixing the arrangements with a smile.It's a wonderful place, and I will certainly return and continue to patronize them.

The lady at Flower Shop is awesome. She has the best fresh cut stem roses I've ever seen. She even broke a few of them up and sprayed the peddles with hairspray I believe and the peddles came out looking amazing. I definitely refer Alcatraz Flower Shop to anyone and everyone I know.

Called for flower arrangements for my wife and mother in law as they were returning from business trip to airport. I didn't know nothing about flower but young lady that answered the phone made it SUPER EASY for me and made some WONDERFUL arrangements that one week later, they still look MARVELOUS!. My wife and mother in law are plant lovers and they were very happy with the thoughtful and gorgeous arrangements.THANK YOU SOOOOOOO VERY MUCH FOR A JOB WELL DONE.CUSTOMER FOR LIFE NOW.
