Love McKenzie! She is super detail oriented and makes the experience painless and enjoyable (as enjoyable as a Brazilian can be). She is very professional and provides a clean and safe environment. HIGHLY recommend her.I’ve been using WTC for 2 months and discovered it on a whim one day when I went to the nail salon next door. I was very impressed with their space, their expertise, and their pricing. I’ve waxed for years, and I’ve had many different experiences. Where to even begin!! :) I have been to various waxing salons in previous time but no place has come close to the excellent service I was provided with coming here. This was my first time visiting a Waxing The City location, and it will definitely not be my last. The overall environment of the store was very warm and welcoming. Mckenzie who did my brows was so pleasant, personable and got my brows EXACTLY how I wanted. Mckenzie and Chelsea, who was managing the reception desk, were very knowledgeable and insightful about tips and particular in-store products that would help me to maintain and improve my skin routine. First time client…Nia was assigned to wax my brows. When I say, she did great; I mean that! My eyebrows tended to look as if they were having different conversations; But, she is the first tech, in a long time, to have them on the same page. Her CS skills are just as amazing!Service: Eyebrow waxing
