I booked a massage today for the very first time, and Seneca made the experience amazing. She was kind, patient, and very attentive, especially knowing it was my first time. I felt comfortable the entire session, and her care really stood out. I definitely recommend her and will be returning to The Now.

Shayna was fantastic. This was my second deep tissue massage with her, and it was even better than the first. She did an excellent job working through my tension, and I left feeling amazing. Jean provided one of the best massage therapy experiences I’ve ever had. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain what might be causing my pain, and tailor the session to exactly what I needed. Not only was her treatment effective, but I’ve genuinely benefited from the results.

She incorporated Gua Sha therapy into my treatment and explained how it could help address my pain and muscle tension. It was a great tool that complemented her hands-on work and contributed to the relief I experienced.
