SCAM! Changes the banking info to their bank and takes your refund after you already gave them yours for the IRS to direct deposit. IF you even get money back somehow, it’s significantly less than what you’re suppose to. Not sure how they manage to stay in business!

They seem to me to be the most unprofessional, unscrupulous, taking advantage of foreigners who don't know the rules and don't speak English well. They have already reported to the IRS and a lawsuit is on the way for each and every one of these poor "human beings" (although the term is too big for them). I had to put a star because or else it won't let me publish.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES with these people. The owner Pretends to be a pastors but he is just a ravening wolf. Everyone who works here should be arrested and the business shut down. I have filled an IRS complaint, this might end up hurting me but I would rather pay and see justice served. Name of the owner of business is Dumisani and Coleen Mawoyo. Again DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES WITH TAX REFUND EXPRESS!!!
