Used for a move-out clean. No one cleaned the oven. The shower doors need to be redone too. Paid hundreds of dollars and also have to clean the oven plus redo shower doors. Do not recommend.

Reyes maids was supposed to provide 3-4 maids to my home for a move out clean, one of the deepest cleans they offer. When let in the home a women and several children followed in. They were scheduled to arrive between 8-11 and didn’t call to notify about running late till 12. The windows were not cleaned, baseboards not thoroughly cleaned and oven was left dirty. When called and asked for clarification on the cleanliness the gentlemen on the phone assumed that we were not able to come to the home within 30 minutes but yet we were at the house the entire time in the garage. Hired Reyes cleaning to preform a deep clean of a new house I was moving into. The floorboards and windows sills were dusty and there were left over bits of carpet and since I work long shifts it wasn’t something I really wanted to deal with. Reyes arrived at 9:30 and was finished by 12:30. They cleaned the bathrooms and bedrooms, floors, baseboards, fans, everything mentioned on the site. I was so happy to arrived to clean floors and the smell of fresh cleaner! They also wiped the blinds and cabinets inside and out. It was awesome.
