This company was quick to come out when our A/C went out over the 4th of July weekend. They we're able to install the new a c.Unit very next day. They were thorough in the explanation of the new a c unit and how it runs.

Carter did an outstanding job servicing our A/C system. He was professional from the moment he arrived — punctual, courteous, and took the time to walk me through exactly what he was checking and why. He's also just a genuinely personable guy, easy to talk to, and clearly takes pride in his work. Great service... came the same night at 9:15pm after calling an hour before. Prime technicians came the next morning and worked 16 hours straight in over 100 degree temperatures until we had AC. Thank you! ❤
